Treatments: Your physical therapy treatment will be based on a careful evaluation and history and tailored to your lifestyle and goals. All patients will receive instruction in a home exercise program which will be carried out initially in the clinic and practiced until proficient. Follow-up visits will be used to advance the program as needed. Posture and movement analysis are key components to treatment. Painful conditions can often be attributed to faulty posture and movement patterns. Successful treatment involves identifying and altering these faulty patterns to assure the problem does not come back.
